Abstract

In dieser Arbeit wird die Konzeption einer natürlichsprachlichen Schnittstelle für relationale Datenbanksysteme vorgestellt. Das System übersetzt nahezu frei formulierbare deutschsprachige Äußerungen in SQL-Statements. Wir skizzieren, wie spezielle Eigenheiten der natürlichen Sprache so behandelt werden können, daß ein Verwendung des Systems in variablen Diskursbereichen bei geringen Akquisitionskosten möglich ist.

Das Projekt wurde in Teilen vom Landesministerium für Wissenschaft und Forschung in Nordrhein-Westfalen gefördert.
