Zusammenfassung
Das interaktive CBT-Programm zum Umweltrecht/Gewässerschutz ist sowohl als Informationssystem mit integrierten juristischen Datenbanken als auch als Lernprogramm einsetzbar. Es kann von allen mit Gewässerschutz in Unternehmen, in Behörden, in der wissenschaftlichen und praktischen Ausbildung Befaßten ohne EDV-Kenntnisse genutzt werden.
Das auf IBM-kompatiblen PC laufende Informationssystem verwendet eine grafische Benutzeroberfläche und beinhaltet parallele Informationsstrukturen auf mehreren Ebenen, eine Hypertext-Anwendung und leicht erschließbare integrierte Rechtsdatenbanken.
Abstract
The interactive computer-based-training system on the environmental law on the protection of waters is designed both as tutorial system and as legal data base. It can be used by everyone dealing with the protection of waters in industrial companies, administration or scientific or practical studies.
The program provides a grafical user-interface, a parallel information structure on different levels, a screen-driven hypertext system and a comprehensive full-text legal database. It can be run on IBM compatible standard personal computers with VGA.
