Zusammenfassung

Durch CASE werden Arbeitsverfahren festgelegt, den Softwareentwicklern vorgegeben und durch Werkzeuge automatisiert. Dies wirkt auf die CASE-Benutzer, indem es ihre Handlungsweisen verändert und ihren Umgang mit den Werkzeugen selbst beeinflußt. Die Auswirkungen auf das Arbeitsverhalten der Entwickler werden hier in Form von Thesen zur Diskussion gestellt, die auf Erhebungen in der Softwarepraxis beruhen. Sie beschreiben mögliche Auswirkungen auf Emotion und Kognition sowie Produktivität und Produktqualität.
