Zusammenfassung
Der Telekommunikationsmarkt ist weltweit und besonders in Europa im Umbruch. Die Globalisierung und Liberalisierung der Märkte führt zu verschärfter Konkurrenz und zwingt die PTTs zu stärkerer Marktorientierung und Senkung der Produktionskosten. Dafür bildet ein leistungsfähiges, durchgängig automatisiertes und integriertes Telekommunikations-Management die Voraussetzung.
