Zusammenfassung
Dieser Aufsatz diskutiert Werkzeuge für die Verwaltung von Informationsprozessen am Beispiel der Software-Entwicklung. Ein wichtiges Entwurfs ziel für diese Werkzeuge ist die flexible Ausführung und ständige Umgestaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen, da das Software-System und die Systemumgebung sich ständig ändern. Projektspezifische Entwicklungsprozesse, die formal durch das Konzept der Aufgabe (task) modelliert werden, beschreiben in erster Linie die Entwicklung eines speziellen Systems. Computer-gestützte Werkzeuge ermöglichen die informelle Akquisition von “know how” über Entwicklungsprozesse durch die Dokumentation individuell ausgeführter Aufgaben, den Entwurf und die Verbesserung abstrakter Aufgabenmuster auf der Basis individueller Erfahrungen, sowie die Ausführung mit flexiblen Überwachungs- und Ausführungshilfen. Als Fallstudie für die Anforderungen an die Prozeßausführung und -umgestaltung dient die Entwicklung eines großen Informationssystems für die Überwachung des Kühlsystems eines Kraftwerks.
