Zusammenfassung

Verfolgt man die Berichte in der Fachpresse und den Softwaremarkt, so gewinnt man den Eindruck, daß PROLOG als Sprache der künstlichen Intelligenz nur für eine kurze Zeit von Bedeutung war. Liest man dagegen Berichte zur Schulinformatik, trifft man immer wieder auf die Forderung, eine weitere, möglichst deklarative Sprache wie z. B. PROLOG in der Schule zu behandeln. Was ist also dran an der Sprache PROLOG, welche für die Schule von so großer Bedeutung sein soll?
