Zusammenfassung
In der medizinischen Bildverarbeitung werden rein pixelbasierte Verfahren standardmäßig in der Klassifizierung von MR- und CT-Schichtbildserien eingesetzt, für die automatische Segmentierung einzelner Objekte hingegen sind allein pixelbasierte Informationen oft nicht ausreichend. Da die Information über die Form der Objekte vernachläßigt wird, entsteht ein typischer Segmentierungsfehler. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden pixel- und formbasierte Informationen vereinigt, um die Bildanalyseprozesse zu stabilisieren. Mit Hilfe eines Modells des Segmentierungsfehlers wird dieser lokalisiert und Operatoren für seine Korrektur konstruiert.
