Zusammenfassung
Im Gebrauch von autonomen Robotersystemen wird es gerade im Servicebereich immer wichtiger, dem Benutzer eine flexible und intelligente Schnittstelle zu bieten: natürliche Sprache als für Menschen übliche Kominunikationsforin kann dabei als effizientes Mittel dienen.
Eine der wichtigsten Aufgaben in diesem Zusammenhang ist die Spezifikation von Aufgaben an den Roboter. Allein schon hier zeigt sich, daß gerade die Flexibilität natürlicher Sprache, die auf der einen Seite der Mensch-Maschine Kommunikation zum Vorteil gereicht, auf der anderen Seite wegen ihrer Komplexität zu größeren Problemen führen kann. So werden beispielsweise in vielen Fällen räumliche Ausdrücke verwendet, um Orte bzw. Objekte zu beschreiben, auf die sich eine Instruktion beziehen soll, und die von der Schnittstelle interpretiert werden müssen.
