Zusammenfassung
Die automatische Segmentierung von Kernspindaten ist ein noch nicht zufriedenstellend gelöstes Problem. Zur Lösung der zweidimensionalen Fragestellung wurden von Burt Auflösungspyramiden vorgeschlagen und erfolgreich eingesetzt. In der hier vorgelegten Arbeit werden das Pyramid Linking und eine Variante, das Optional Linking, auf 3D erweitert und getestet. Die Segmentierungsergebnisse werden sowohl einem visuellen, als auch einem quantitativen Vergleich anhand neu eingeführter Qualitätsmaße unterzogen. Das einfache Pyramid Linking erweist sich als ungeeignet, während das Optional Linking bereits brauchbare Ergebnisse liefert.
