Zusammenfassung
Radio-Frequenz-Ablationen spielen eine wichtige Rolle in der Therapie von malignen Leberherden. Die Navigation einer Nadel zur Läsion stellt eine Herausforderung für den auszubildenden und auch für den intervenierenden Arzt dar. Daher ist es wünschenswert, Trainings- und Planungssysteme basierend auf medizinischen Bilddaten und Methoden der visuo-haptischen Virtual-Reality-Simulation anzubieten. In diesem Papier wird eine Methode zur Simulation von Ablationen an der Nadelspitze für einen bestehenden VR-Simulator nach erfolgreicher Nadelnavigation zum Läsionsherd vorgestellt. Ein verbessertes Modell wurde echtzeitfähig (CUDA) umgesetzt, evaluiert und erreicht hochperformant robustere und sicherere Planungsergebnisse als die Literatur.
