Zusammenfassung
Anlagen im Industrie 4.0 Umfeld erfordern den Fachbereiche übergreifenden Austausch von Engineering-Daten. Der Einsatz heterogener Software-Werkzeuglandschaften bestimmt jedoch heute den Engineering-Prozess automatisierter Systeme und wird dies auch noch viele Jahre tun. In der Kombination von standardisierten Datenformaten wie AutomationML und geeigneten Austausch- und Verwaltungsplattformen für Engineering-Daten lassen sich sowohl Engineering-Prozesse verbessern als auch Anlagemodelle effizient erstellen und pflegen, die das Anlagen-Engineering und den gesamte weiteren Lebenszyklus unterstützen. Dieses Kapitel diskutiert Bedarfe, Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze sowie Stärken und Beschränkungen von gängigen Ansätzen für Integrationsmechanismen in Software-Werkzeugen anhand von Forschungsfragen, Anwendungsfällen und Bedarfen zu bruchlosen Modellen in Engineering-Phasen und durchgängigen Werkzeugketten. Wesentliches Ziel der Forschung und Entwicklung ist das Herstellen eines integrierten Anlagenmodells in einem Umfeld heterogener Datenmodelle und Software-Werkzeuge. Das Kapitel beschreibt als Beispiel eines herstellerneutralen Ansatzes das Konzept AML Integrationsplattform (AML Hub ) und diskutiert Möglichkeiten, die sich daraus für eine verbesserte Beobachtung und Orchestrierung der Engineering-Prozesse ergeben.
