Abstract

This paper investigates the problem of distributed event-triggered economic dispatch method for generators in power system. Considering the issue of limited bandwidth of communication network in practical application, the novel distributed event-triggered mechanism are introduced to reduce the information transmission pressure, and the distributed economic dispatch method is constructed based on the triggering schemes. Under the designed method, the economic dispatch problem can be solved and the generation-demand equality constraint is satisfied. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
