Abstract

The Online Annotation and Incision System (OAIS) system proposed in this paper is a digital hospital application software designed and developed by browser/server (B/S) structure after the comprehensive investigation of the work flow of the relevant departments of hospitals and the actual needs of small domestic hospitals, which can complete the processing, classification, storage, delivery and display of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) image data. This system is a distributed system, which is divided into three layers: the presentation layer, the background service layer and the data storage layer. The presentation layer adopts Html5, Boostrap and jQuery technologies to provide users with simple and friendly interaction interfaces. The background service layer makes use of Nginx load balancing, and integrates JavaEE frameworks including SpringMVC, Mybatis and Hessian to provide stable and reliable services for the system. The data storage layer combines the MySQL database with the Redis cache server to help the system store and retrieve data quickly. This system can make up for the shortcomings of simple screenshot function of the relevant software in the current market, and can basically meet the medical needs of hospitals. By using this system, the leadership of relevant departments of the hospital can strengthen the unified work management of medical staff. Meanwhile, by using this system, medical staff can not only annotate, cut and store the IVUS image data efficiently, but also maintain personal information and bulletin information effectively, so as to enhance work communication and improve diagnostic efficiency.
