Abstract
This paper analyzes the pain points, problems and needs existing in the use of software by the elderly, and studies the cognitive and perceptual characteristics and problems of the elderly. The method and principle of systematically carrying out integrated innovation based on user’s whole process experience from the perspective of service design is put forward.
