Abstract

With the rapid development of economy and society after the reform and opening up, the electronic information industry has become the largest industry in the domestic industrial economy. As one of the leading forces supporting the development of electronic information, the communication technology profession provides a large number of high-end technical talents. The cultivation of individualized skill-based talents in electronic communication has also become a necessity. The traditional professional training mode has been difficult to meet the needs of talents in economic and social development at the present stage. Improving the quality of undergraduate education and promoting the cultivation of innovative talents have become an urgent requirement for the development of the times. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of electronic communication professionals in colleges and universities, and proposes how to cultivate individualized talents in electronic communication, which is not only beneficial to the development of electronic information industry, but also promotes the important guarantee for the cultivation of social talents.
