Abstract

In this paper, the online monitoring system software of side cracks of large linear vibrating screen is designed on the basis of the system hardware platform. This software is constituted by six functional modules which are separately data acquisition, storage, communication, analysis, display and user management ones. Based on wavelet analysis, neural network theory and genetic algorithms, the main online fault diagnosis interface in PC with friendly and easy operation is designed, where the database, Visual Basic and Matlab software are comprehensively used for processing and analyzing the fault data. The system can be used for early warning of the early fatigue side cracks of large linear vibrating screen and has achieved the expected goal in real application.
