Studie zum Status des Risikomanagements in der Softwareentwicklung

Zusammenfassung

Das Risikomanagement umfasst alle Aktivitäten, die notwendig sind, um die Risiken eines Projekts zu identifizieren, ihre Auswirkung auf das Projekt zu bewerten und ihnen mit geeigneten Maβnahmen zu begegnen. Es ist ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor bei der Entwicklung groβer, komplexer oder neuer Softwaresysteme.

Der Beitrag stellt den Status des Risikomanagements in Softwareprojekten anhand einer Studie dar. Die Studie zeigt,

  • dass das Risikomanagement noch keine angemessene Verbreitung innerhalb der Softwareentwicklung gefunden hat und

  • wovon die meisten Risiken eines Softwareprojekts herrühren.
