Zusammenfassung

Bei Erreichen einer bestimmten Gröβe von IT-Programmen steigt die Komplexität in einem solchen Ausmaβ an, dass ein konsequenter Einsatz von Methoden des Programm-Managements erforderlich wird. Mit Planung und Berichtswesen, Management von Issues und Risiken, konsequenter Handhabung von Veränderungen in der Organisation und im Programmumfang und permanenter Verfolgung gegen den Business Case — alles auf dem Niveau des Gesamtprogramms — können auch solche Programme erfolgreich bewältigt werden.
