Zusammenfassungen
Um zu entscheiden, inwieweit Cloud-Service-Provider (CSP) anhand etablierter Anforderungen an das IT-Servicemanagement beurteilt werden können, ist ein Abgleich Cloud-spezifischer Anforderungen mit der IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) hilfreich. Die Untersuchung zeigt, dass die meisten Prozesse nicht nur für traditionelle IT-Dienstleister relevant sind, sondern auch für CSP. Grund hierfür ist, dass CSP letztlich IT-Dienstleister sind und sich lediglich durch Cloud-spezifische Besonderheiten unterscheiden. Dennoch wird auch deutlich, dass für CSP Aspekte wie Kommunikation mit dem Kunden, IT-Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Transparenz von größerer Bedeutung sind.
