Abstract
The proposed tool for Intelligent Tutoring and Assessing learners is a part of the General Flexible Intelligent Tutoring System (FITS) which is based on flexible educational model and allows to implement adaptive control of learning process and to put in practice various teaching strategies according to the requirements of the tutor, as well as students' knowledge level, their personal abilities and subject learning history.
