Abstract
Job finding process is a high human-resource utilization process. The applicant needs to search for all the jobs that he is interested in. After the searching and filtering process, the applicant’s qualification and personal information, such as working experience, fields interested in and so on, are necessary to be matched with the basic requirements of the job so as to see whether he is suitable for applying the job. To enhance this process, an Intelligent Job Counseling System (IJCS) is developed in the present paper. The IJCS aims at performing job finding and matching process. It is designed to be an expert system with rule-based reasoning.
