Zusammenfassung

Der MPEG-21-Standard wird seit Anfang 2000 innerhalb der Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) [8] entwickelt und stellt im Wesentlichen Beschreibungsformate, in MPEG-21 als Werkzeuge bezeichnet, zum transparenten, interoperablen Austausch von digitalen Multimediainhalten zur Verfügung.
