Zusammenfassung
Die Anforderungen in der modernen Produktionstechnik werden bestimmt durch eine gesteigerte Flexibilität gegenüber wechselnden Marktsituationen und Kundenanforderungen. Aktuell eingesetzte Konzepte für die Automatisierung industrieller Produktionssysteme, die zumeist auf statische Architekturen und Prozesse abzielen, unterstützen die Flexibilitätsanforderungen dabei jedoch nicht in ausreichendem Maße. In diesem Beitrag wird daher ein Ansatz zur Implementierung einer Architektur für agentenbasierte Cyber-Physische Produktionssysteme (CPPS) vorgestellt, der durch eine standortübergreifende Vernetzung in der Lage ist, die für die industrielle Produktion geforderte Flexibilität herzustellen. Dabei ermöglicht die entwickelte Architektur die vollständige vertikale Integration der Steuerungsebenen von Automatisierungssystemen und berücksichtigt auch die dynamische Rekonfiguration auf der Feldebene mittels Agenten auf speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen (SPS). Als Anwendungsbeispiel und zur Evaluation wird dabei ein gemeinsamer deutschlandweit verteilter Demonstrator eines CPPS Netzwerks vorgestellt.
