Abstract
This special section presents three extended and revised papers which originally appeared in the proceedings of the 12th edition of the conference “Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems, TACAS 2006” held in Braga, Portugal late March 2006 as a constituent event of the “European joint conferences on Theory and Practice of Software”. All three papers deal with very promising extensions and integrations of formal verification techniques.
