Abstract

The analytical performance analysis of multiple antenna system employing orthogonal space-time block codes with transmit antenna selection (TAS/OSTBCs) over correlated Nakagami-m fading channel has not been considered in the literature. In this paper, we evaluated, the bit error probability (BEP) of TAS/OSTBCs for binary phase shift keying (BPSK) and M-ary Quadrature amplitude modulation (M-QAM) by the effective use of the characteristic function (CF) of the received signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Further we evaluated the ergodic capacity and outage probability over correlated Nakagami-m fading channels.
