Zusammenfassung

DRM-Systeme in aktuellen Shopan-wendungen werden in Bezug auf Kundendatenschutz untersucht. Beispielhaft werden die Systeme iTunes von Apple und der Windows Media Rights Manager von Microsoft analysiert. Die Analysestruktur folgt den gesetzlichen Datenschutzprinzipien. Daraus werden Empfehlungen für einen datenschutzfreundlicheren Umgang abgeleitet.
