Abstract
In last few decades, service industry has expanded a lot and has been a prominent industry in the economy. In service science, a lot of work has been done to comprehend its activities and define principals and processes of this sector. Application of competence and skills is known as Service. Interactions are being made to realize value and cocreation in service system. Lyson and Tracy (2013) described about service system as, “Service systems vary in scope (from individuals to business, organizations, governments, and nations) and adapt dynamically and connect to other service systems through value propositions.” In this paper, authors have tried to study Patient Care System of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center (Lahore) and Shouldice Hospital (Canada). We also explored the implementation of service system of both hospitals under service dominant logic perspective.
