Abstract

Along with the development of digital manufacturing level, to eliminate digital measurement error becomes very important in the production and manufacturing process. In order to effectively eliminate measuring datum error, a novel algorithm for digital measurement error rectification is proposed. According to the principle of graphics transformation, a nonlinear objective function with constraints is developed. Through nonlinear programming, the optimal parameters are achieved in the feasible region, which are the theoretical adjustment basis for parts. Finally, an example using the rectification algorithm is presented in this paper and reveals that the rectification algorithm reduces the comprehensive deviation of measured data and has an impact on the production and measurement for mechanical parts.
