Abstract

The problem considered is to find good codes for error control (correcting simultaneously random errors and/or bursts of errors in a digital communication system), specifically in a real (practical) channel, by using BCH codes and matrix codes in one mathematical form. This combination of the codes gives a new scheme of concatenated codes which are efficient when the communication is in a noisy environment.
