Abstract

New structures for complex recursive digital filters which posses a large degree of modularity, regularity, parallelism and amenability to VLSI design are presented. The data can be fed into the new structures in sequence and one value is transferred to all processing elements at a time. An error analysis of these systolic realizations is made and expressions for the combined output error of the complex filter are given.
