Anonymity refers to the preference of a user to hide their real identity from others. This study was based on the works of Oliver (1995), Wallace (1999), and Johnson (2000) and developed three items to measure anonymity. Social and emotional values were measured using the instruments developed by Sweeney and Soutar (2001), with six and five items.
