John J. Dinkel is Associate Professor of Management Science at The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University. His publications and research interests are in the theoretical and applied aspects of nonlinear mathematical programming. In addition to numerous publications in these areas, Professor Dinkel has been involved in research projects involving environmental protection and health care delivery systems, and has published in many journals including Computers & Operation Research.
