Matthew J. Liberatore is an Associate Professor of Management at the College of Commerce and Finance, Villanova University, Villanova, PA 19085. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Operations Research, all from the University of Pennsylvania. He previously held management science and R&D planning and evaluation positions at RCA and FMC. His publications have appeared in Operations Research, Management Science, Research Management, R&D Management and elsewhere. His present research interests include technology management and strategy and management science applications in manufacturing and R&D.

He is the author of various papers and talks on computer technology and its impact on people and business. A management and data processing consultant for over five years, Mr. Naber's clients have included Standard & Poor's, The Securities Industry Association, Bond Buyer and the American Civil Liberties Union. Mr. Naber is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics.
