Pao-long Chang is a Professor at the Institute of Management Science and Dean of the College of Management, National Chiao Tung University. He received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Washington. His current research interests are in the area of computer methods in operations research, decision analysis, optimization theory and applications. He has published in journals like Journal of the Operational Research Society, Journal of the Operations Research Society of Japan, International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing and others.

Shiuh-nan Hwang is a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Management Science, National Chiao Tung University. He earned his M.B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Industrial Management, National Cheng Kung University. His research interests include computer methods in operations research, multiple criteria decision making and their applications to problems in project management.

Chiang Kao is a Professor at the Graduate School of Industrial Management, National Cheng Kung University. He received his Ph.D. in Forest Management and M.S. in Operations Research both from Oregon State University. His current research interests include simulation, applied mathematical programming, and multicriteria decision making. He has published in journals like Journal of the Operational Research Society, European Journal of Operations Research, International Journal of Systems Science, Forest Science and others.
