Abstract

This paper presents a new approach to genetic based machine learning (GBML). The new approach utilizes mechanisms of genetic recombination in bacterial genetics. The new approach is efficient in improving local portions of chromosomes. A simulation of a simple graphic problem using the new approach is done and the effectiveness of the new approach is shown.
