A two stage risk assessment model based on interval-valued fuzzy numbers and risk attitudes
2022, Engineering Applications of Artificial IntelligenceSite selection decision framework for photovoltaic hydrogen production project using BWM-CRITIC-MABAC: A case study in Zhangjiakou
2021, Journal of Cleaner ProductionCitation Excerpt :Karagoz et al. (2021) combined the interval type-2 fuzzy set with the ARAS method to study the location problem of end-of-life vehicle recycling facility. In addition, since linguistic description is used to express information more clearly and conveniently in expert scoring, this paper combines probabilistic hesitation fuzzy linguistic term set (PHFLTS) (Rodriguez et al., 2012) with trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy set (TIT2FS) (Wang and Li, 1999), to ensure clarity and flexibility when collecting expert information in the early stage and completeness of information conversion when quantifying expert scoring results in the later stage. Liu et al. (2018) established a multi-criteria decision model based on PHFLTS by using the proposed entropy measure.
Mediative fuzzy logic mathematical model: A contradictory management prediction in COVID-19 pandemic
2021, Applied Soft ComputingCitation Excerpt :But in real life situation, it is quite difficult to measure the correlation between two linguistic variables which contain dimness. Later, [13] introduced the correlational formula for fuzzy sets, [14] also define a correlation formula for the interval-valued fuzzy numbers. Chaudhuri & Bhattacharyya [15] also have described the correlation formula between fuzzy sets.
Fuzzy risk analysis in poultry farming using a new similarity measure on generalized fuzzy numbers
2018, Computers and Industrial EngineeringCitation Excerpt :Some of the studies involving risk analysis are Chen (1996), Chen and Chen (2001, 2003, 2007), Tang and Chi (2005), Wang and Elhag (2006) etc. Even in recent years some study focused the idea on risk analysis expressing the linguistic terms in terms of interval-valued fuzzy numbers (Gorzalczany, 1987; Guijun & Xiaoping, 1998; Hong & Lee, 2002; Wang & Li, 1999). This study conveys that a proper and efficient method to measure the degree of similarity is lacking.
