Abstract

The possibility to extract the desired features directly from Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) raw data without intermediate generation of the image is explored. Two implementations relative to detection of bright lines in SAR imagery are presented, and their advantages discussed.

Zusammenfassung

Die Realisierbarkeit, erwünschte Merkmale direkt aus den SAR Daten zu entnehmen, ohne die entsprechenden Abbildungen zu generieren, wird untersucht. Zwei Realisierungen, die vergleichbar mit der Detektion von hellen Linien in SAR Abbildungen sind, werden vorgestellt und ihre Vorteile diskutiert.

Résumé

Nous explorons dans cet article la possibilité d'extraire les attributs désirés directement des données SAR brutes sans génération intermédiaire de l'image. Deux implantations relatives à la détection de lignes claires en imagerie SAR sont présentées, et leurs avantages sont discutés.
