Constructions of 112-designs from orthogonal geometry over finite fields

Abstract

In this paper, we construct some 112-designs, which are also known as partial geometric designs, using totally isotropic subspaces of orthogonal spaces. Furthermore, these 112-designs yield some infinite families of directed strongly regular graphs.
