Dr. Fangyuan Nan was born in April 1970. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1991 and 1994; M.S. degree in mathematics from Florida State University in 1996; Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University in 2000.
