Traffic flows are increasing in cities, partially due to congestions provoked by trucks. These congestions cause many problems such as pollution (gasoil, Carbon, etc.), noise, waste of time. Indeed, cities like Paris, Hamburg, Milan, and “Grand Paris Sud” conurbation are thinking about a sustainable alternative solution to road transportation. Then, a research based on co-creation methodology integrating all stakeholders (local authorities, companies, citizens) for elaborating an alternative solution to road transportation has been defined. This paper presents the architecture and the development of a decision aided tool for simulating and optimizing alternative solutions to road transportation
