Driving path of the socialization and sustainable development of sports resources in Shaanxi universities under the background of supply-side reform
Introduction
People's living standards are also increasing, and physical exercise has gradually become an important part of people's lives. People's requirements for health have also increased, and more ordinary people will participate in physical exercise [1]. They realized that sports can not only enhance physical fitness, but also cultivate sentiment and improve willpower [2]. With the development of society, the sports industry will gradually develop into an important cultural industry in contemporary society, involving fitness, commerce, entertainment, media, and consumption. Mass sports have developed rapidly. In this case, people's demand for sports resources is increasingly strong [3]. Judging from the current allocation of sports resources in China, the advantages of school sports resources are obvious, especially the advantages of college sports resources [4].
As a university sports resource, we must first meet the needs of school sports work, and at the same time give play to its social service functions. The socialization of sports resources in colleges and universities will further promote the development and discipline construction of college sports [5]. Provided potential material resources for national fitness activities. The value of these resources can also be measured [6]. Intangible and intellectual resources, including educational management capabilities, teachers' power, professional and ideological qualities of teachers, and the level of school development, sports traditions and habits, sports technology and training levels, sports power input, and the quality of sports courses, Student's physique [7]. It is an intangible intellectual or human resource. It is affiliated with university sports managers themselves. Compared with tangible and intangible resources, the value of intangible resources is inestimable. They have strong initiative and plasticity, and play an extremely important role in college sports resources. Human resources refer to those who are engaged in professional work such as physical education teaching, scientific research, and management, including physical education teachers, coaches, heads of sports activities, scientific and technological personnel, athletes and managers, and auxiliary personnel engaged in sports activities [8].
Scholars such as Ans Kolk found that all members of society are a group of people facing mass sports. Because not all members of society have the special characteristics of sports professional knowledge, the development of mass sports in colleges and universities should make full use of their human resources, mainly including physical education teachers, students with a certain professional level, and professional mobilization. With the development of mass sports in the direction of the whole society, there has been a trend of diversification, and universities need to invest a lot of funds to meet the needs of teaching and cope with the development of this trend. The more developed a country's sports, the better the national fitness, and the more funding it needs. The venue facilities are the necessary material conditions and basis for sports activities [9]. Rainer Lueg and other scholars believe that in order to obtain good exercise results, to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body and improving the national fitness, physical activities require certain venue facilities and equipment. The stadium facilities have formed a unique cultural landscape in a modern civilized society. Leisure time is an important guarantee for people to participate in sports activities and watch sports games. It is also an important sports resource. It stimulates sports consumption, which drives the growth of other sports resources. Other sports resources are affected by amateur sports resources. Holding sports activities and sports education requires a lot of information, such as personal fitness and scientific training information, government policies and regulations, social organization management, and enterprise product information [10].
