Developing a suitable business continuity planning methodology
Abstract
Presents the methodology used by a UK‐based multinational banking group to develop its business continuity plans. Describes the stages (modules) in the methodology sequentially and shows how this modularity is a key success factor, enabling a project manager to complete a module ‐ with specific objectives, tasks and deliverables ‐ within a specific time period, facilitating effective management of the overall project.
