Abstract:

The system characteristics of arithmetic logic units (ALUs) of multi-core computer processors are studied. Criteria for evaluating the system characteristics of computing devices are systemized. Priority microelectronic structures of logic elements, one-bit half and full binary adders, one-bit and multi-bit synchronized cumulative adders are developed. The proposed components of ALU are characterized by extreme minimax system estimates of structural, hardware, time and information-structural complexities.
