The task of identification of the interval discrete dynamic model is considered in the paper. For building such models, it is proposed to use a method of structural identification, which is based on the analogy with the foraging behavior of the honeybee colony. It is proposed to use this method for building an interval discrete dynamic model for prediction of budget revenues in conditions of shadow economy. The built mathematical model is suitable for calculating the budget at the macro and micro levels. It is simple enough to adjust the model for specific conditions.
