With the close combination of artificial intelligence field and integrated circuit field, neuromorphic chips which better fit the brain-inspired computing have gradually become a key point in academic field. However, little work has focused on the design of data communication system to achieve efficient transmission of upstream and downstream data for neuromorphic chips. This paper mainly describes how to establish dedicated external hardware support for the PAICORE chip and achieve the application of spiking neural network.
