Abstract:
For technology development and characterization, it is important to understand how transistor characteristics translate to circuit capability and performance. For power amplifiers - with their very broad definition - this can be particularly challenging. In this work, we discuss device characteristics - from DC to large-signal and how they can impact circuit level performance.
