Abstract:

In this paper, the stabilization of a class of hybrid discrete-time systems via constructing switching laws is addressed. First, a novel approach-event-driven scheduling strategy (EDSS) for constructing switching law to stabilize the switched system is presented. Then, the new approach is generalized to the case where switching law is constructed by selecting switching sequences. Finally, a necessary and sufficient condition for system stabilizability is established.
