Measuring the rotation speed of rotators plays an important role in military, industry and daily life. In this paper, we design a contactless rotation speed measurement system based on millimeter wave radar. The system calculates the cycle period of the rotator by measuring the cycle of the relative linear distance between the radar and the scattering points on the blades of the rotator. Finally, experiments prove that the system accuracy reach 95%, which has certain practicability.
