Abstract:
In this note a set of preliminary results on the control of a large-scale continuous-time plant with decentralized multirate sampled-data controllers is proposed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of decentralized multirate controllers are given in terms of the continuous-time plant. The multirate control mechanism does not compromise the stabilization of a large-scale continuous plant by a digital decentralized multirate controller.
