Abstract:

In order to increase the levels of wind power accommodation, a pattern that high energy-loaded enterprises participate in the wind power accommodation is proposed. Firstly, this paper analyzes the electrical characteristics of the silicon carbide smelting furnace, and establishes the physical model of the furnace. Then, the finite-difference numerical analyses are used to analyze the variation of internal temperature field changing with power, and then the temperature gradient model is established. Finally, through the analysis on the temperature gradient model, we can obtain the relationship between the yield and the energy consumption in the silicon carbide smelting process. And it is the foundation of future research on the wind power accommodation potential model. The simulation results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
